This return policy applies exclusively to items purchased on sleepoasisstore.com

Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order prior to its shipment from our fulfillment center, please contact us via WhatsApp +91-8901914996 /8278996795, providing your order information. We will promptly cancel your order at no additional cost.

Returns / Replacements

Items are eligible for return, refund, or replacement only if they meet the following conditions and are within the specified return time period.

If you receive a product with the wrong color.

If you receive a product with the wrong Size.

If the Product received as damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing issues.

If the Product received differs from what is specified on the product page.

If the Product is missing parts or accessories that were specified on the product page

You have an option to raise return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery of product.

Please note that for any product that has been used or if there is a delay in requesting a return, we retain the right to levy fees that may be necessary for tag replacement, rewashing, or proper disposal of a used product for hygienic purposes.

Procedure

You have the option to either request a replacement unit or receive a refund in the form of store credit for the product. To initiate a return or replacement request, please send an email to return@sleepoasisstore.com, specifying the reason for your request.

Please be aware that we may require photos or videos of the product to validate your request, so kindly capture images or record videos while unboxing your order.

Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, including the box (if applicable), along with the invoice and any other accompanying materials. The returned product must be in unused condition, as we are unable to provide store refunds for products that show signs of use. By following these steps, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

Kindly note that the Divine Casa exchange and return policy is only applicable within India. Regrettably, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges from outside India at this time. In most cases, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to an address in India.

  1. Acceptable Measurement of the product with a range of 5% +/- in product size or color, as described in the listing, is deemed acceptable by the customer.
  2. The choice of the right size, color, and material depends solely on the customer. Therefore, kindly review the exact size and details of the product before making a purchase

    Refunds

    1. Cash on delivery (COD) refunds will only be issued in the form of a coupon code or credit score for the next purchase with 1 year.
    2. If a return is accepted, standard forwarding and shipping charges will apply, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs. Alternatively, the customer may choose to ship or courier the item back to us.
    3. If you cancel your order prior to the shipment of goods, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method.
    4. Once we receive the product back in original condition as shipped, your refund will be credited to you via the same method, following a thorough quality control check.

      For B2B Clients 

      Please take a note that on bulk orders, refunds will not be applicable.

      However, if you receive damaged products or find any items missing, you will be eligible to request a refund with proper evidence.
